Civil Infraction Citation

You must respond to your citation within 90 days from the issuance date. Complete the attached Written Entry of Response Form and submit completed form to the court at eujcadmin@eurekacountynv.gov. You can pay your citation online at: https://client.pointandpay.net/web/EurekaCoJusticeCourtNV. Should you pay your citation online, please indicate in the comment field whether you want a hearing or not. You may also mail the attached form along with money order or Cashier’s check to: Eureka Justice Court, PO Box 496, Eureka, NV 89316.

In the alternative, you may also sign your choice regarding the request for hearing or waiver of hearing portion located on the bottom of your citation and email/mail citation to the court along with your payment.

Failure to respond to your citation within 90 days from the issuance date will result in a Default Judgment being issued for the full amount of the citation. Any unpaid balances may result in the case being sent to collections with a collection fee being imposed. Your driver’s license may be suspended or delayed.
