LUNCH WITH THE BUNCH

Click Here for Lunch and Event Schedules

The Eureka Senior Center serves lunch from 11:30 to 12:30. Lunch is served Monday through Thursday. Breakfast is served every Friday at 9:00 a.m. Dinners are held once a month starting in May through October. Menus are published for the month and distributed at the Senior Center. Homemade bread and desserts baked daily are the highlight of the meal for many. A delicious salad bar is available in addition to the main course when product is available.

Non seniors are always welcome.

Non-seniors $7.00
Suggested senior donation $3.00

HAVE VAN! WILL TRAVEL!

The Eureka Senior Center provides local transportation to and from the center, shopping, banking and rides to the clinic one day a week. The center offers a wheelchair accessible van for those in need. The van also travels to Elko once a month for shopping, doctor appointments and other social activities. Special event trips are planned occasionally and scheduled with Fannie Komp Senior Center.

HOMEBOUND MEALS

We deliver homebound meals, within 5-mile radius of the center on a daily basis. The valley route, which accommodates all Diamond Valley residents that live on Eureka County maintained roads, is delivered Monday through Friday. Homebound meals are available to individuals who are homebound due to medical conditions and temporarily to those with periodic illnesses for up to one month.

FOOD ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE

The Eureka County Food Pantry distributes TFAP for Emergency Food and Food Pantry on the first Friday of every month from 1:00-2:00 pm and the third Wednesday of every month from 1:30-2:30 pm to income eligible individuals and families. If you are unable to pick up your food during that time, please make arrangements for someone else to do so for you and send a note with them giving permission for them to do so. This is the only time it is available until the following month's distribution or you can call the Senior Center. Golden Groceries for 60 and older. Dates will be announced on the monthly calendar.
