Notice of Public Hearing Boys and Girls Club

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Eureka County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on October 21, 2025, (during a regularly scheduled Board meeting) in the Commission Chambers of the Eureka County Courthouse at 10 South Main Street, Eureka, Nevada.
The reason for said hearing is to consider the following matters: (a) the fair market value of Eureka County real property proposed to be leased to the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows to build a Boys & Girls Club in Eureka County; (b) consideration whether to accept the single appraisal report from Janelle Wright, Certified General Appraiser, for a portion of APN 001-221-14; (c) setting of a lease value for that portion of the property designated as the site for construction of the Boys & Girls Club; and (d) adoption of a resolution containing the full legal description of the property and authorizing the Board to proceed with steps for the lease of a portion of APN 001-221-14.
